They use very high quality material and work very carefully. Altough we have been in Europe most of the time during the year of construction, communication has never been a problem. In 2011 we decided to build a villa in a wonderful location in Sanh Kiri Kham near the Laem Sor temple on Koh Samui island. On a terrain full of "constraints" Slopes and Rocks ... we decided in collaboration with our Swiss architect to respect what nature put at our disposal to know a tormented land but a beauty without equal. The plans we had to find a builder and knowing the misadventures of many people with problems during construction we have selected 7 companies. Having very precise selection criteria and with the help and assistance of competent people we have retained RSBuilt. And of a ground with multiple constraints Benjamin Rupert and his company realized a construction in respect with the nature and quality, 20 Months of construction and after more than 5 years in our villa every day we are happy of this harmonious construction with a optimum quality and without major problems since the delivery in 2013. We are proud of our villa and that we owe it to the competence of RSBuilt and thus of Mr Benjamin Rupert. If we had and we have another project it goes without saying that we will do the adventure again with RSBuilt.
